The use of flame-retardant grade polyurethane resin for vacuum casting is increasing. We can accommodate prototypes of molded parts that require UL94 V-0 certification. Of course, this material also has practical strength for small lot production parts. If you need prototypes in units of 10 or 20, we can provide faster and cheaper reproductions than machining prototypes. After the master model is completed, we can start production in as little as 3 days. We can manufacture 20 vacuum cast parts in 3 weeks, and with 15 vacuum casting machines, we can replicate multiple parts simultaneously. You can request us to produce the master model, or we can create silicone rubber molds from your supplied master model.
